Consumer Customer Service Our goal is to make you more than happy about your shopping experience with Kootie Bug Designs. We want you to be so happy about our products that you will gladly recommend us to your family and friends. Should there ever be a problem or discrepancy, we will work very hard to work to satisfy your needs or concerns. About the Artwork Each giclee is printed onto canvas and then stretched (wrapped gallery style) onto wood stretchers. The sizes vary, however, the thickness of the stretchers are approximately 5/8". The canvas is stapled in the back and the sides have a nice decorative finish. There is a sawtooth hanger mounted on the back for easy hanging. It is our hope that your monitor "sees" our colors the way they actually are on our products, however, as you may not know, every monitor is different and thus, shows the colors in slightly differed hues. We have done our best to accurately display the products as they actually are, however, we cannot be responsible for how your monitor displays the colors, textures, or details of each product. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase or feel that the colors were not represented correctly on your monitor as compared to the actual piece, we will happily accept your return. Please see our Return Policy. Online Shopping We hope that your shopping experience is enjoyable as well as secure and easy. To purchase our products, simply push the button that says "Buy Now" and your item will be added to your shopping cart. You may continue shopping or proceed to checkout at your convenience. Sales tax will not be charged to you unless you live in the state of North Carolina, to which we will need to add a 7% sales tax to your order. Orders placed on our website are completely secure and your personal information will be kept private. We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site. Payment We accept Mastercard and Visa only. Shipping We pride ourselves in quick delivery. Shipping time varies on the size of your order. Orders generally ship within 2 weeks, however, single orders usually take less time. We will notify you by e-mail should we foresee any problems with shipping your order in a timely manner. Shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process and are determined based on the total amount of your order. Shipping is available in the continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii (additional shipping charges will apply to those states). All orders will be shipped via Federal Express Ground. Returns & Exchanges It is our hope that you will be happy with your purchase as well as shopping experience with Kootie Bug Designs. If for any reason you are unhappy with any item you receive, please read the following: Claims for damages, defective, or incorrectly shipped items must be made within 5 business days of receipt if we are to accept responsibility of replacement. Return the item(s) to us for a full refund upon receipt by Kootie Bug Designs (minus shipping costs). We will also be happy to exchange that item for another if you wish to do so. Requests for returns, exchanges, replacements not due to an item that is damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly must be made within 10 business days of receipt of item. For these items, we cannot refund the shipping charges. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of your approved return, we will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you have selected in exchange. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Please insure your returned item(s) to protect against loss or damage during shipping. For all returns, please contact us by filling out the on-line consumer form or calling us at (919) 833-8863 for further instructions. Personalized Items Personalized items may not be returned for a refund. When filling out the personalized information, please double check the spelling so that no mistakes are made. We cannot be responsible for any mis-typed or incorrect words or names. When error is the mistake of Kootie Bug Designs, we will re-do the order at no extra charge. Pillows These pillows are hand-painted, therefore, slight variations make each pillow a one-of-a-kind. Please call for lead times.
